I began my career in Human Resources over 30 years ago working my way up to Chief Peopel Officer and working in various industries with employees all over the world.
Now, I want to help my partners, whether that means guiding a founder through their first hire, supporting an overwhelmed HR-of-1, or ensuring a small business stays compliant and confident as it grows. For me, HR isn’t just about policies and processes—it’s about people, trust, and building strong, values-based workplaces.
As someone who’s worked closely with startups, I understand what it’s like to wear all the hats, juggle priorities, and move fast with limited resources.
